      EXPLANATION ESSAY- an explanation essay can be defined as an essay that explains things or processes in sequential order. The use of the simple present tense would be in order here.
      ARGUMENTATION ESSAY - In this type of essay, you try to win your readers over so that they will agree with what you say, accept your facts, embrace your values, and adopt your arguments and way of thinking.
      DISCUSSION ESSAY- cover both sides of the issue/ topic, provide evidence for your discussion, and weigh the evidence to make your conclusion.










EDITING- At this stage, you will check the accuracy of content, clarity of expression, grammar, vocabulary and other aspects such as spelling, punctuation, format, and so on






What is noise ? Provide two examples each of external and internal noise.

Internal Noise
Internal noise is noise within yourself while speaking. Internal noise can be controlled however. Ever heard that little voice inside your head telling you that something is good or bad, or what or what not to do?  That is an example of internal noise

      A report is an account of something that has been carried out and finished
      A proposal contains the outline and considerations before an action is carried out
      A report:
     1. Written to someone with authority (e.g. manager, boss, director, public official, etc.) or peer (e.g. colleague, associate, classmate, etc.)
     2. Usually formal in register
     3. Writer uses language related with expressing opinion, listing reasons, making recommendations

     3. Writer uses language in such a way that he is persuasive


      When you quote opinions of western authors, you should not write the authors full name or their first name if you know their gender. Indicate true or false for the following statement. If false provide a correction
